Reminder emails are timed against this zone. Get it wrong and clients get reminded at 3am.

Google Calendar → Settings → your calendar → Integrate calendar → copy Secret address in iCal format. Outlook, Apple Calendar, Calendly and Acuity publish the same kind of link. We only read it — nothing is ever written back.

Only events that have a guest email are imported — an entry with no email address has nobody to remind. Cancelled events arrive as cancelled and are never emailed.
